Refund policy: A full refund less the booking fee will be given if withdrawal is made before the drawn order is published, or credit can be kept on your equus innovation account. If a withdrawal is made after the drawn order is published a 50% refund less the booking fee will be issued , or credit to your equus innovation account. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for refund/ credit to show.
