Refund policy: WITHDRAWALS: Withdrawals should be emailed to southcheshireridingclub@gmail.com or text 07983198429 REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel your entry after booking has closed, your entry fee will NOT be refunded. If there is someone else (on a wait list) who is available to take your place at late notice then your fee will be refunded in full. For clinics, entries cannot be transferred to a future event as the trainer will still need to be paid if it goes ahead. If the event is cancelled by the club, full refunds will be given or bookings transferred to another future event of a similar nature. All refunds exclude the EQUUS Organiser Booking fee . The ORGANISER has the right to amend and change classes if necessary. In the event of any dispute, the organisers decision is final.
