Refund policy: No Refunds will be given unless the event is cancelled by the organiser. Booking fees and credit card processing fees will not be refunded. Cancellations made 7 days or more, in advance of the event. ----- You can request a refund of your entry fee, less the non-refundable booking fee, currently £1.50, and less credit card, processing and admin fees totalling £3.50. Your refund will be made back to your original card and may take several days to process, depending on the card processing company. Alternatively, you can carry your entry fee forward as a full credit against any future event at The Grange Equestrian Centre. In this case your credit will be available for use immediately after it has been processed. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance of the event. ------- No refund will be given. Requests to amend your booking We will do our best to accommodate your request, but this cannot be guaranteed. Please note: Once times have been published, we will not be able to make any changes except in the case of our error.
