Refund policy: Entries & Withdrawals Late Entries Late entries may be accepted subject to availability. Unaffiliated Events • Withdrawals before the closing date will be refunded minus a £5 administration fee. • Refunds may take up to 10 working days to process. • No refunds will be given after the closing date. • The £1 online booking fee is non-refundable in all circumstances. Event Cancellation In the event of cancellation due to weather, ground conditions or unforeseen circumstances, Byley International reserves the right to reschedule the event or refund entries minus an administration fee.
