PLEASE READ OUR ‘CONDITIONS OF ENTRY’ BY SUBMITTING YOUR ENTRY YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE CONDITIONS. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY 1. There will be no Prize Giving – rosettes to be collected from the shop on completion of the Class. 2. Collecting Ring – strictly Limited to 6 Competitors at a time. You may be asked to leave the Collecting Ring if you arrive before your allotted slot. 3. All entries booked and not taken must be paid for. 4. Prizes will be awarded separately for Juniors and Seniors – the ratio will be 1 prize for every 5 starters in each section. 5. All classes will be run under BS Rules. Juniors on ponies 148cm and under, Seniors (17 as at 1 st January 2025) on horses over 148cm. Juniors can ride horses (over 148cm) but will ride in the Senior section. Seniors can ride ponies (148cm and under) but will also ride in the Senior Section of the class. 6. Correct riding dress to be worn, ie show or hacking jacket, light jodhpurs/ breeches, riding boots or boots and chaps. Current regulation riding hats to be worn and securely fastened when mounted. 7. It shall be considered a condition of entry that each entrant agrees to indemnify the promoters/ organisers against any legal action arising there from. 8. No responsibility will be accepted by the promoters/ organisers for any accident, injury, loss or damage to competitors, onlookers, their property, servants or animals whilst on the premises or arising out of these shows. 9. The promoters/ organisers reserve the right to refuse entry and to amend the details of the schedule if the instances of the program require. 10.The promoters/ organisers reserve the right to cancel any class with insufficient entries. 11.The decision of the Judge is final. 12.Any objection should be made in writing to the secretary within 30 minutes of the class finishing together with a deposit of £20 to be forfeited if the Committee does not uphold the objection. 13.Cruelty to any animal will NOT be tolerated including misuse of whip and spurs. 14.Dogs MUST be kept on leads and under control at all times 15.No mucking out of trailers or horseboxes 16.Please remember to keep children under control at ALL times 17.Please ensure you lock your vehicles and take care of your valuables. The promoters/ organisers will not be held responsible for any losses or damage incurred whilst on the showground. 18.Please note the officials/ stewards are there to ensure the shows run smoothly and for your safety. Please abide by their instructions and courtesy would also be much appreciated! 19.Only officials and competitors are allowed in the arena at any time except for Clear Round classes. 20.Rubbish to be placed in the bins provided 21.All major Credit/ Debit cards accepted. CLASSES WILL BE RUN AS SINGLE PHASE (1 ROUND WITH SECOND HALF OF COURSE TIMED) Prizes will be awarded at a ratio of 1 prize for every 5 starters in each section Rosettes to 6th place ENTRIES CLOSE THE THURSDAY BEFORE THE EVENT AT 5PM OR BEFORE IF ENTRIES ARE FULL – NO LATE ENTRIES ACCEPTED – SEPARATE ROSETTES FOR JUNIOR COMPETITORS (RIDER MUST BE 16 or under ON 1ST January 2024)
