ENTRIES CLOSE THURSDAY THURSDAY 11TH OR BEFORE IF ENTRIES ARE FULL – NO LATE ENTRIES ACCEPTED TIMES WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM FRIDAY 10TH ROSETTES TO 6TH PLACE IN ALL CLASSES – SEPARATE ROSETTES FOR JUNIOR COMPETITORS (RIDER MUST BE 16 or under ON 1ST January 2025). TEST CALLERS PERMITTED – COMPETITORS MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN CALLER TEST SHEETS WILL BE AVAILABLE ONCE THE CLASS HAS FINISHED. IF YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR TEST SHEET POSTING THEN PLEASE LEAVE AN SAE PLEASE READ OUR ‘CONDITIONS OF ENTRY’ BY SUBMITTING YOUR ENTRY YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE CONDITIONS. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY 1. All entries booked and not taken must be paid for. 2. All classes will be run under BD Rules. 3. Correct riding dress to be worn, ie show or hacking jacket, light jodhpurs/ breeches, riding boots or boots and chaps. Current regulation riding hats to be worn and securely fastened when mounted. 4. It shall be considered a condition of entry that each entrant agrees to indemnify the promoters/ organisers against any legal action arising there from. 5. No responsibility will be accepted by the promoters/ organisers for any accident, injury, loss or damage to competitors, onlookers, their property, servants or animals whilst on the premises or arising out of these shows. 6. The promoters/ organisers reserve the right to refuse entry and to amend the details of the schedule if the instances of the program require. 7. The promoters/ organisers reserve the right to cancel any class with insufficient entries. 8. The decision of the Judge is final. 9. Any objection should be made in writing to the secretary within 30 minutes of the class finishing together with a deposit of £20 to be forfeited if the Committee does not uphold the objection. 10. Cruelty to any animal will NOT be tolerated including misuse of whip and spurs. 11. Dogs MUST be kept on leads and under control at all times 12. No mucking out of trailers or horseboxes 13. Please remember to keep children under control at ALL times 14. Please ensure you lock your vehicles and take care of your valuables. The promoters/ organisers will not be held responsible for any losses or damage incurred whilst on the showground. 15. Please note the officials/ stewards are there to ensure the shows run smoothly and for your safety. Please abide by their instructions and courtesy would also be much appreciated! 16. Only officials and competitors are allowed in the arena at any time except for Clear Round classes. 17. Rubbish to be placed in the bins provided 18. All major Credit/ Debit cards accepted.
