Stable Management- online session- Equine Conformation 6-7PM
An online session hosted via Microsoft teams- on the subject of equine conformation. Link to the meeting will be sent at the latest 1 hour before the session. 💻 How to Join Your Microsoft Teams Meeting Please join at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. This gives you time to check your camera, microphone and internet connection and resolve any technical problems before the session begins. 1. Click the Teams meeting link Use the meeting link provided to you in your email or booking confirmation. This will be from the following email address (kingyandeve@hotmail.co.uk) Please check your junk mailbox. 2. Use your internet browser We recommend joining through your web browser rather than the Teams app. 👉 Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge work best. 🚫 Please do not use Safari, as this can cause problems joining the meeting. You do not need to download or install Microsoft Teams to join through your browser. 3. Choose “Continue on this browser” When Teams opens, select: “Continue on this browser” You may be asked to allow access to your camera and microphone — please click Allow. 4. Enter your name Enter your name when prompted and check that your camera and microphone are working. You can switch your microphone off before joining if you wish. 5. Click “Join now” Once you're happy that everything is working, click: “Join now” You may enter a waiting area/lobby before the session starts. ⚠️ Please allow extra time Technical problems can happen, so please don't leave joining until the last minute. The session will start at the scheduled time regardless of attendance, so if you are having difficulty joining, please make sure you have attempted to join at least 10 minutes beforehand.
