Unaffiliated Dressage Competition Event terms & conditions: ▪️All horses & ponies must be vaccinated to attend our shows. First & Second jabs plus 7 days clearance of attending event. Annual plus 7 days clearance of attending event. You will be asked for the date of last vaccinations when entering a competition with us ▪️All competitors must follow strict bio-security measures as expected: no sharing of buckets, equipment, ▪️ All competitors must hold their own public liability insurance. The organiser, nor venue cannot be held liable for any accident or injury to any persons, animal, transport or equipment. Horse riding is a risk sport and done so at your own risk ▪️You must include information in your profile about yourself, your horse and provide an emergency contact number ▪️ All riders must be 3 years of age of older ▪️ Juniors are classed as 17 years and under however, if a junior turns 18 before 1st August 2025 they will be included in the senior section from the start as it is not fair to split points throughout. As we only have 2 shows after this date if a junior turns 18 in this period they will still be included in the junior leagues ▪️Stallions are welcome at our dressage events however, organisers must be notified when entering (in the comments section) and horse must wear stallion discs and a tail ribbon ▫️All tests are from the new 2024 BD set ▫️We use only BD listed Dressage Judges & Trainee Judges ▪️Membership is based on rider, not the horse ▫️You must not enter Intro classes if you and your horse are confidently/competent in canter ▫️If you score 68% or above consistently throughout the current season you will be asked to make a transition up a level in the next season ▪️Each competitor is allowed 20 minutes warm up prior to their test time which means there is only 3 in the warm up at any time and this works well. There will be gate steward to allow you entry. Please do not enter without ▪️Juniors & Senior placings are split ▪️As we are not affiliated we do not run under strict BD Rules however, we do encourage our competitors to follow BD Rules at our shows to help educate riders who will then progress onto affiliated events. Judges, stewards and the organiser may at our shows point out situations or errors within the test that would not be permitted if affiliated, it is at the judges discretion as to whether they deduct points. Judges say is final ▪️NO JEWELLERY PERMITTED ▪️Dressage teams can be made up of 6 members in total. Members can compete through a variation of onsite & online methods. It is the top 3 scores/percentages of the month that is counted for team total. To become part of a team the cost is £10 per person ▪️Pairs - 1 junior and 1 senior partner up to gain points together throughout the series, this membership is £10 in total. Scoring for this works off top score of each competitor added together per month
